Alexandra HarrisOver the Easter weekend Jack Sanders (Aged 12), Alexandra Harris (Aged 12) and Olivia Phoenix (Aged 14) competed in the 4 day Welsh National Age Group Championships held in Swansea accompanied by their coaches Rachel and Dave.
 
Jack Sanders achieved a well deserved Personal Best (PB) in the boys 200M Breaststroke event with a long course time of 1:30.57.

Olivia Phoenix swam a fantastic final in the 200M Backstroke event bringing home a Bronze medal in a National Qualifying Time (NQT) of 2:27.45 (Long Course).

Alexandra Harris became the Welsh Nationals 800M Freestyle champion gaining the Gold medal and her first ever National Qualifying Time (NQT) in a time of 9:38.76 and then went on to secure her second National Qualifying Time (NQT) in the 200M Freestyle with a time of 2:13.44 (Long Course).  Alexandra also achieved a further 3 medals with the Silver Medal in the 400M Freestyle and Bronze in both the 100M and 200M Backstroke.
