All team events are heat declared winners and are qualifying rounds for the ASA Age Group Championships.

All 200m events have single age finals.

For all events awards are made to each single year age group from 10-13 years girls and 10-14 years boys.

At the end of the gala series awards are also made based on British Age Group Categories, using FINA points
